After a 10+ year career in marketing including owning my own marketing company, I decided to make the transition to become an Insurance Broker by obtaining my RIBO license in 2012. From 2012-2014 while working in the industry I participated in an intensive broker development program through our partner Northbridge Insurance and obtained my Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation with honors in May 2013.
I consider myself to be a very customer-centric and proactive trusted advisor, focusing on ease of business and always working with my clients best interests in mind with the goal of anticipating problems and bringing solutions rather than waiting and reacting once they occur. I do this by working with my clients, learning each of their individual personal and/or business scenarios and accessing our numerous insurance partners to ensure they receive the proper coverage for the best possible value. Throughout the process I also find it valuable to educate my clients along the way providing my recommendations but allowing them to be part of the solution.
When I am not looking after my clients, I am usually spending time with my wife and two young children. We are all very active and spend much of our time together being outside either playing or watching various sports and other activities. I am also very fortunate to be involved with coaching my son’s hockey and baseball teams. Living in Toronto and working in the Markham area, I always do my best to help contribute to the these communities where the opportunity presents itself
