I started my insurance career in 2003 where I learned how customer service could truly differentiate me from the competition. I’m an ever day customer too and my expectations are high. This helps me set standards for how I conduct business with my clients. A simple but effective approach – I basically deliver and improve my standards based on my expectations as a customer.
When I’m not at work you can find me spending quality time with my wife and two children at parks, festivals, carnivals and just being outdoors with nature.
